B&G Bordeaux white "Petite Nancy" is a dry white wine from the Bordeaux Blanc region, made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and blended with Sémillon. This wine has a nice lively and rich attack, with a refreshing citrus note on the aftertaste.

Potatoes Stuffed with Gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • 18 small potatoes
  • 6 slices of Batonne ham cut into slices
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cooking time: 20 min
For 6 people

Preheat the oven at 400F. Cook the potatoes in a pan of salted water for five minutes. Cool them in cold water, peel them and cut them in half lenghtwise. Place a slice of gorgonzola on one half. Top with the other half of the potato and hold in place with a strip of ham. Season with
pepper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
